When you submit the form, the data is saved securely in the server’s database. We will use this data solely to contact you regarding the enquiry you have submitted, and will be passed to any third parties. However there may be cases where the details are required by the governing body under law.

The data is also compiled into an email and sent to the our representatives that will deal with your enquiry. Any emails that we receive, whether via the online form or directly, will be treated with strict confidentiality, and will only be accessible by MD Lightfoot.

We are only able to access data that you have sent us via the WordPress Dashboard, which requires a username and password to access.
